The Portuguese wants his compatriot to leave the Bernabeu to join him at the club with a rising European profile. The Euro 2016 winner wants to be reunited with the former Red Devils’ star.

He moved to Istanbul where he is helping them become a formidable force in European club football. The 34-year old defender had offers from different top sides but he opted to move to the Turkey giant.
