Interim Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick has provided an injury update on Frenchman Paul Pogba who has missed the last eight games in all competitions due to the combination of suspension and injury.

Paul Pogba was sent off during the second half of the Premier League annihilation suffered by Manchester United at the hands of arch rivals Liverpool in October. He was sent off for a bad challenge on Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita fifteen (15) minutes after he came on as an half-time substitute during the game. By the time he came on, Liverpool were leading 4-0 at the Theatre of Dreams and Egyptian international Mohamed Salah then scored a fifth goal at the start of the second half to complete his treble and become the first visiting player to achieve the feat in the Premier League era. The hattrick from Salah propelled Liverpool to a 5-0 away win over Pogba and Manchester United.
