Harlan Milder - Harlan Milder has been a fixture on the Nebraska soccer scene since the late 1970's. In addition to Gladiator, Harlan has been associated with other local soccer clubs including Capital Soccer in Lincoln. Harlan has been active in helping develop and shape competitive youth soccer in Nebraska and over the years has served several key roles with the Nebraska State Soccer Association including that of president. He has also participated in regionally and nationally through his involvement in the US Youth Soccer association. Harlan is currently the head coach of the Lincoln Pius X high school boys soccer team, and led them to the state Class B championship in 2006.
Mark Berner - Mark Berner has served on the Gladiator Board of Directors since the 2004 merger with West Omaha Soccer Club (WOSC). Prior to that he served on the WOSC Board 2002-2004. Mark led the effort to formalize an alliance between WOSC and Gladiator in 2003, and he headed the committee that brought John Keating to the club as Director of Coaching in 2004. Mark coached developmental teams in WOSC for six years. He is married and has two daughters who play for Gladiator premier level teams.
Tay Dean - has been a part of the Gladiator Soccer Club for many years both as a soccer parent and a member of the Board of Directors. She served many years as tournament director for the regionally known Gladiator Invitational. Tay has also served the soccer community as an active member for the Nebraska State Soccer Association.
Scott Durbin - has been involved with WO/Gladiators since 2001. He and his wife Jodi have 3 kids that all play soccer for the club. Scott holds a "National D" license and a USSF Goalkeepers Diploma. He has coached U-5 thru High School teams since playing at The University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1981 - 1985 as a Striker / Keeper. Scott currently is an assistant coach for his son's U-12 Gladiator team under the leadership of Andrew Staberg.
Dick Gordon - coached several years for WOSC and served on its board. He had a son and daughter play for Gladiator Soccer and served as an officer and board member since 1992. He incorporated the Gladiator Soccer Club, Inc. as a non-profit corporation and later obtained an IRS 501(c)(3) designation. He has served as the vice-president for the Nebraska State Soccer Association and as the Chairman of its Grievance Committee.
Grant Lippincott - has coached soccer teams beginning with the West Omaha Soccer Club for the last 4 years. Currently, he is assistant coach for Gladiator Fury - a U10 Boys team in the developmental program. He is also co-coaching a U8 Girls team in the recreational program. Grant is married with two children, both playing for the Gladiator Soccer Club.
Matt Kluver - Matt has been involved in coaching youth soccer as a coach or assistant coach for the past nine years; four of these years with the Gladiator Soccer Club. He holds a USSF E. When Matt is not wrapped up with his coaching responsibilities he likes to watch other Gladiator teams play, and follows league games or good intra-club scrimmages. Matt and his wife Kathy are frequent volunteers at club sponsored activities and have grown to form bonds with the parents and coaches of many Gladiator teams.
