The GSC-YDP pilot program was rolled out in the 2008 Spring Session. Our new In-House developmental program stresses footwork, dribbling, and soft touch on the ball, while encouraging the kids to be creative and think for themselves, in a fun and fast paced environment. To accomplish this we have designed a format that allows for all of our In-House players to receive quality training from a designated GSC - YDP staff made up of current and former professional and college players, directors of coaching and development, national and international players, and select club and high school coaches, along with our dedicated volunteer coaches.
